CASTWATER consists of a balanced consortium and working team and gathers 11 partners from 7 EU countries located in the Mediterranean basin, namely Greece, Italy, Cyprus, Spain, Croatia, France and Malta. The consortium consists of regional authorities and departments, universities, agencies and foundations.
UNIVERSITY OF PATRAS

UPATRAS is the third largest University in Greece. The Computer Engineering & Informatics Department has strong collaboration ties with the Department of Economics and focuses on the development of digital and online tools in the fields of resources efficiency, industry dynamics, and economics of energy efficiency monitoring technologies.
LAS NAVES
(Spain)
Supported by the City Council of Valentia, aims to provide common & inclusive regional development. It engages with a) the implementation & management of research activities, b) the implementation of pilot action & projects, c) the development of research methodologies & data analysis, d) international collaboration & exchange of expenditure through cooperation projects, and e) the dissemination of project outcomes & mobilization of relevant stakeholders.

SEWCU is a government agency operating under the Ministry for Energy and Health with leading role in formulating, and implementing national plans concerning the use of energy and water in a sustainable manner. Its mission is to promote & proactively promulgate secure, efficient & affordable energy & water resources.
DEPARTMENTAL COUNCIL OF HERAULT

Herault has a lead role in supporting & promoting sustainable tourism in its territory. It promotes eco labels as Green key (private accommodation) and Blue Flag (international rates of eco-friendly seaside resorts). It has been active in the field for more than twenty years.
VALENCIA TOURISM FOUNDATION

VALENCIA Tourism is a non-profit Foundation with the participation of the Valencia City Council, the Chamber of Commerce, Feria Valencia and the Valencia Business Confederation. Virtually all local businesses in the tourism sector are associated with it. Its goal is the strategic management and promotion of the city of Valencia in the tourism sector, with a professional focus that combines public and private interest. Since its creation in 1991, the Foundation has contributed to the evolution of tourism in the city, favouring employment, tourism development and increase in its economic impact; factors which have directly influenced the wellbeing of Valencian society.
MALTA REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND DIALOGUE FOUNDATION

MRDDF is a registrated non-governmental organization in Malta focused on sustainable regional development. It has extensive experience to organize multi-stakeholders consultations, conduct research on issues of critical regional interests, and influence policy making via active civic participation and dialogue.
VENETO INNOVAZIONE

Veneto Innovazione Spa is the in-house company of the Veneto regional Government (Veneto Region). The aim is to promote and develop applied research and innovation inside the regional production system, particularly focused on SMEs which intend to pursue high technological standards, environmental improvement and human resource qualification.
